Mail List Management

I broke this out separate so I could really explain it. Having a great product or service is useless if you don't share the information with some kind of client base. Von Ahnen Design & PR can set up a "mail list" on your account. It is a web-based data solution for mass emailing your database. By setting up the list on your account, we are able to keep your database separate and free from contamination with other lists. This keeps us from "SPAMMING" your clients.

We either show you how to use this feature or... manage it for you based on our agreement. Sometimes it can be hard enough just keeping up with your "job" let alone taking the time to write, edit, and proofread a newsletter. That's where we step in again to serve you. We have the capacity to gather your information and build a newsletter that will appeal to your clients.

Further, the list is subscribable and un-subscribable putting your clients in the driver seat.

Pricing - (ouch... the touchy part)

 

I try my best to keep things fair. I keep hearing these horror stories of having a website developed, spending thousands of dollars then poof, no support. Well I embraced the service industry over a couple of decades and took some of that wisdom with me.

  • www.freetrackday.org - Development is middle of the road. Used a Flash template and spent about 20 hours tweaking it. Once built, the maintenance portion is fairly simple. Monthly I'll have to update events and product listings. (develop = $3550.00 / mo maint $75.00)
